Introduction: Austria is located in Central Europe. It is a land lock country with around 8 million people. The greater part of Austria lies in the cool/temperate climate zone in which humid westerly winds predominate. People enjoy the historic heritage that surrounds you everywhere in Austria.

Population:8,219,743
In Austria most of the people is around 35 to 44 years old, many people are dying and not lot of people are having babies. In comparison of the world is number 94, has just a few less people then Honduras.
Due to improved health conditions and a low birthrate, Austria has experienced the rapid growth of its elderly population.

Birth rate:8.69 births/1,000 population
Compared to rest of the world Austria is in the rank 213 which tells us that Austria does not have many babies, which may be because it is a develop country and women work and want more independence.

Death rate:10.23 deaths/1,000 population
Austria has more deaths than births. This can be because it is a more develop country.

Net migration rate:1.79 migrant(s)/1,000 population
Not many people are entering Austria but it is ranked 41 in net migration.

Infant mortality rate:4.26 deaths/1,000 live births
Austria has a low infant mortality because it is a more developed country and can take care of its babies and kids.

Population growth rate:0.026%
Austria has a negative population growth not many people are being born but lots are dying. This is because people are around 35 to 44 and this kind of people are too old to have babies.

Life expectancy : 79.91 years
In Austria people live a lot because it is a more develop country so people have jobs, access to good doctors and good lives.

Doubling time : 0.0004
Because of the negative population growth the doubling time will take a long time to occur.

Austria in comparison with Russia has kind of the same problem with population. That have a negative population growth. This because they are develop countries, what this tell us is that people work and do not have time to be taking of babies. So they do not have babies which is becoming a problem because for example in Russia expected for it's population to disappear. In the other hand Austria is expected to grow between 200 and 2050.
Austria is very different than haiti. We can start by saying that haiti is a less develop country we can see by observing it's infant mortality that is 52 deaths per 1000 live births. Austria infant mortality rate is much lower with 4.26 deaths per 1000 live births. Haiti has more population with 9,801,664 which means that Haiti has more births.
Austria has a very similar population number to Honduras. which is funny because honduras has a high birth rate. They also have a similar life expectancy Austria with 79 years and Honduras with 70. But we can see how Austria is a more develop country by the GDP per capita. Austria has $42,400 us and Honduras has $4,400 US.
